WBFI is tracking data on issues that are recurring to our industry. This information will be compiled for meetings with State trade commissions or the Surface Transportation Board (STB).

Even though our industry is small in comparison to others, we will have a much stronger voice with the data to back up our issues. If you are a rail shipper who experiences problems with rail service, please return to this form often and keep submitting it with your comments on the situations you are experiencing. This is how our database will be built. The pattern of the same occurrences happening repeatedly over time will be an indicator to the government regulatory bodies of the magnitude and scope of the problems being experienced by rail shippers in our industry.
